1. Requirements for Laptop: Min 40GB hard drives, DVD Rom,
2. no power failure during installation.
3. takes 3-5 hours（depends on the speed of your laptop and the DVD drive）.
4. We suggest the user read through the installation guide first and then install it step by step.
5. operation based on the Windows XP Professional （servicepack2） environment.

7. Set serial port: rigth click ‘my computer’——》‘property’ ——》’hardware’——》 ‘Equipment Manager’——》‘port (COM and LPT)’ ——》right click ‘communication port’ (COM1)

2.Preparation
1. Set up two new administratorsNote: after the successful installation of DAS, if you log out and relog in,you will find that the Administrator under which you install the DAS has been locked, in this case you can log in as another administrator to unlock it. Make sure there are two administrators, one is for DAS installation, another is a regular on without password.
2. Rename computer: right click ‘my computer’——》‘property’——》‘computer name’——》‘change’.
3. 1) Insert the DVD into the DVD driver
2) open ‘my computer’, right click DVD driver, copy all the files to Disc D.
3) Open disc D, delete ‘XPSP
4. Go to ‘Start’——》‘Program’——》Benz-DAS installatino Guide’
——》‘1 Install Dotnet’
5. Go to ‘Start’——》‘Program’——》‘Benz-DAS installatino Guide’
——》‘2 Installation’.
6. Go to ‘Start’——》‘Program’——》‘Benz-DAS installatino Guide’
——》‘3 Installation’.
7. Go to ‘Start’——》‘Program’——》‘Benz-DAS installatino Guide’
——》‘4 Open Register interface’.
8. Go to ‘Start’——》‘Program’——》‘Benz-DAS installatino Guide’——》‘5 Open Keygen’, (see figure below) . Enter the Lan ID in to the LanID field in DAS keygen interface, fill in the number of users, click on the button located on the righ upper corner in order to registration code, then copy the registration code to Startkey, then ‘Save’. 
Click on ‘OK’ , then close the window.
1. go to ‘Start’ ——》‘Setting’ ——》‘Control panel’ ——》‘Windows firewall’——》‘Close’.
Right click the desktop——》‘property’ ——》‘Screensaver protection’, set the ‘screen saver’ as ‘No’; the ‘power application’ as ‘always on’; ‘power supply’ as ‘never’. Click on ‘Apply’, ‘OK’.
.2. go to ‘my computer’ ——》Disc D ——》Stardiag ——》double click ‘Setup’ to start installation, ignore all the error messages. 
This takes 1-2 hours, depending on the speed of your laptop and the DVD driver. After installation, the window below will pop up.
Note: do not click finish until you finish the steps below:
1. Go to ‘Start’ ——》‘Run’, enter regedit to go to registering interface.
2. Double click ‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE’——》double click ‘SOFTWARE’——》double click ‘Microsoft’——》double click ‘Microsoft’——》double click ‘Windows’——》double click ‘CurrentVersion’——》double click ‘Run’
3. Delete ‘StarCheck’, ‘StarNet’ , ‘Star_Timeout’ on the right side area.
Close the window, now you can click ‘finish’. Reboot computer.
Note: When try to log into the system, you will find that the user under which installed the DAS has been locked with password automatically. Now you can log into the system as another administrator you created before to unlock it. (go to ‘Start’——》‘Setting’ ——》‘Control Panel’ ——》‘User Account’ to delete the password ). Then logout and re-log into as the administrator who has access to ‘DAS’.
Double click on the shortcut icon on the desktop, if the following window pop up, means a successful installation: 
If the following error message pops up, means failed installation:
Then you need to repeat ‘DAS installation’ (refer to 3. DAS Installation). This takes about 20 minutes.
Note: go to ‘Start’——》‘Program’ to open Impersonate Test in English.
